Originally from Cape Cod, MA I grew up as an avid skier and went to school at UVM for early childhood development. Post-college I moved to NYC where I began my fitness career. I founded HBodyLab LLC in 2009 & built a very successful fitness business in the city working 1 on 1 with a wide range of clientele including adolescent athletes. Early on I found that endurance athletes were coming to me with minor injuries due to lack of mobility & strength training, which I then began implementing along with quality, progressive programs. I have worked as a head coach for E3Sports & T2 Multisport, churning out some of the best amateur cyclists & multisport athletes on the east coast.
After 12 years in NYC building my business I traded city life for Colorado mountain life. Currently I enjoy both winter & summer mountain sports with my daughter & building business all over the world as most of my coaching is remote. I am an ISSA certified elite strength coach with continuing education in sports nutrition, cycling & run biomechanics, triphasic training & fitness therapy. I am currently working as the head coach for SMWS XC and Track & Field in Boulder along with beginner triathletes, elite national trail runners, 70.3 world qualifiers, 140.6 Kona qualifiers, duathlon national & world championship qualifiers & ITU short course pro athletes. I represented team USA in 2019 & raced the ITU duathlon world championships in Pontevedra, Spain, and qualified again for team USA in 2021.
